Our training classes caters for all genders, sizes, limitations & levels of fitness. Your level of fitness starting out will not hinder you; as you are pushed to the level that is challenging but capable. But over regular training you will not only see your skills & confidence improving, but your fitness will increase whilst doing something a whole lot more dynamic & fun. And being fitter not only enhances training in class, but enhances all life aspects.

We also run twice/week our CombatFit classes that are included in all Training Passes. These sessions focus on functional movement, bodyweight, striking, kettlebells in a group class setting. Every class always has different exercises & formats, so each session is challenging and interesting. You can also purchase a CombatFit-only training pass as well.
