Payment Policy

I hereby abide by the Payment Terms & Conditions of Primal Krav Maga & Self-Defence (ABN 73724302817):

Membership & Training Pass Policies

1. Please choose Membership & Training Passes carefully as any choices made are non-refundable, non-transferrable, or eligible for pro-rata refund.
2. Memberships & Passes are only refundable five days from date of purchase or PAYG setup and if no training has commenced.
3. Starting any class on any training pass counts for the entirety of the class. No refunds, extensions or pro-rate on partial class attendances.
4. Training Passes do not include grading fees or protection equipment.
5. Class cancellations – made by the Instructor and/or Club will only amend Dedicated & PAYG Training Passes if all your Krav Maga Self-Defence classes for your level has been cancelled or postponed, and that Member has not trained in any other class that week.
6. Late Payment – Of fees will result in training for that member being suspended until fees are up-to-date and in advance.

Seminar & Short Courses Policies

1. Please select Seminar & Short Courses carefully as any choices made are non-refundable, non-transferrable or eligible for pro-rata refunds.
2. PKM Seminars & Short Courses are only refundable five days before start of event, submitted in writing. Cancellations within five days of event, will allow ticket holder to hold ticket in credit for a future Seminar or Course, up to one year.
   Missed events, or, once any short course training has commenced, there are no refunds or credits.
3. KEF-IC Seminars & Modules are only partially refundable five days before start of event with a $65 fee for the pre-ordered course material. You also have the option to keep your full ticket as credit for a future KEF-IC Seminar.
4. All events must be paid in full to have your place secured in the session.

Membership – All-Access (CBD)

• This is the main Membership option for all those who train in classes during the week, which still includes Saturday.
  It gives access to all of the classes available; except for the Intermediate, or Advanced-level classes, which require to reach a certain rank level to attend. Most of the Training Passes available fall under this Membership option.

Membership – Weekend Warrior (Saturdays Only)

• Weekend Warrior Memberships are valid only for Saturday classes and not valid for any other day’s training.

Dedicated Passes

1. Are paid upfront in full. Good for those who plan to attend classes fairly regularly. The Dedicated Pass’s training week begins on the Monday, regardless of day of payment.
2. There is no putting on-hold, cancellations or refunds – Dedicated Passes will run to expiry of contract.
   If a doctor’s certificate is provided for injury or illness, Dedicated Passes can have the contract length extended, and only extended for a set period of time whereupon the Dedicated Pass recommences again.
3. Expiration on commencing a Dedicated Pass is three months from date of purchase.

Flexi Passes

1. Are paid upfront in full. Flexi Passes allows flexibility in your training schedule as they are only incremented for the class credits/trips you attend. Good for those who are away often due to work/study, or have erratic work rosters.
2. Expiration on Flexi Passes – is three months for all 5-Trip Flexi; six months for 10-Trip Flexi; six months for 20-Credits Flexi. All expirations are set from date of purchase and become expired after the set period.
3. Flexi Passes using Credits – ‘Flexi Credits’ is a Flexi Pass with the All-Access Membership. Members have a number of credits to use on any of the days or classes they want. To keep the value fair for all holders, each class is designated a number of credits: up to 1Hr class = 1 credit; up to 2Hr class = 2 credits; up to 3Hr class = 3 credits.
4. Flexi Passes using Trips – each class attended = 1 Trip. These passes are for: ‘Flexi Saturday’ the Saturday CBD class. ‘Flexi CombatFit’ for use in the Fitness CBD classes.

PAYG Pass – Direct Debit (Stripe | GoCardless)

1. ‘PAYG Pass’ is setup using GoCardless or Stripe, which are automatic debit payment systems.
2. Direct Debit using a Bank Account is serviced by GoCardless. Direct Debit with a Credit Card is serviced by Stripe.
3. Direct Debit is charged Fortnightly – The first fortnight covers training in advance and then following on a fortnightly schedule until given written notice to cancel. The training week begins on the Monday, regardless of debit date.
4. On-Hold – PAYG Passes can be put on-hold for a minimum of 2-weeks and maximum of 6-weeks. These must be submitted with at least 1-week notice. Approved on-hold requests will commence on the next Debit payment schedule. For longer periods a medical certificate is required. For two or more on-hold notice requests on the current PAYG Pass, approval of on-hold will be at the discretion of Primal Krav Maga & Self-Defence admin only.
5. Reactivating Pass – Due to the BECS Direct Debit Regulation, reactivating a PAYG Pass from on-hold requires a 14-day turnaround. If you wish to return inside a 14-day turnaround, a manually created payment will be actioned to keep your PAYG Pass in line with your training schedule. This will allow you to return to training immediately without having to wait.
6. Cancellation – There are no lock-in contract periods. Cancellation can be submitted through the website, or email, at any time with minimum 2-weeks’ notice. The 2-weeks cancellation will be in effect from the receipt date of the cancellation request unless stated further in advance. Where possible, some cancellations can be effected sooner.
7. Credit Card Fee – Stripe applies a Credit Card fee for Direct Debits when using Visa/Mastercard = 30c + 1.75% and Amex/Diners = 30c + 2.9%.

Private Training

1. All Private Training fees are payable in advance. Additional costs may be incurred for longer travel appointments.
2. If you have to cancel or reschedule any previously scheduled appointments, you must contact the Personal Trainer/Instructor directly at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
3. Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, or to appear for a scheduled appointment, your private training fee will be payable in full.

Discounts (Memberships)

1. Concession Discounts – Available only for Students, Police & Military who are full-time with valid ID.
2. Family Discounts – are only applicable to immediate family members; spouse/children/siblings – who have an active Membership. Family Discount is applied to each family member but will be charged from one combined amount.
3. Family Discounts w/ PAYG – PAYG Passes will be eligible only for Family Discount rate whilst all Family Members are active. PAYG rate will revert back to standard rate if a Family Member ceases training.
4. Discounts not Accumulative – only one Family or Concession discount can be chosen if eligible for both.
