Our training being a practical self-defence system, we train in anything you would be comfortable wearing to a gym or working out. Practitioners wear a T-shirt or top, any pants or shorts, and must have clean shoes preferably with flat soles. Bring to each class a water bottle, towel and possibly a spare shirt in the summer months.

As your training progresses it is advised for your own safety to invest in a mouthguard, groin protection & shin guards – all available for discounted purchase in class.
