Congratulations to one our @kineticfighting instru

Congratulations to one our @kineticfighting instructors, Piero, on passing the challenging "Green Mile". A 36-hour test based on KEF-IC and Australian Defence Force Combatives program. This included sleep deprivation, plenty PT, team challenges, and unknown/pressure situations to reveal responses under stress.
This is a highly recommended course to test your physical abilities and find more about your mental constitution.

“I started with Primal Krav Maga a couple of years ago to get a bit of fitness and also challenge myself a bit, along with a bunch of other nervous looking people at the first class. Since then I’ve lost 10kg from the belly and my resting heart rate has reduced due to the training (and I’m now over 50 years old!). The instructors at Primal are genuinely interested in helping you, and they don’t have attitude. The training is structured so that you’re challenged, but in a safe environment, and the instructors build this over time. The training is very practical, with a focus on what’s likely to actually work in the real world (not just ‘dojo techniques’).”
